Service Description
To review the results of an action plan and implement improvements if necessary, I assess the client's goals, progress, and dietary intake, considering body composition and any challenges faced. I offer constructive feedback, adjust recommendations as needed, and educate the client on nutrition's importance. Together, we set new goals and develop action plans. Follow-up consultations are scheduled to monitor progress and provide ongoing support. Insurance Coverage: We will provide a receipt; insurance coverage may be covered with extended health and wellness plan.
