People who are overweight or obese should also begin regular physical activity when starting a healthy eating plan. Being active can help you to use your calories. Regular physical activity can help you stay at a healthy weight. Changing your habits Changing your eating and physical exercise habits and lifestyle is demanding. Still, with a plan, effort, regular support and patience, you may be able to lose weight and improve your health. Our Weight management program: In our weight-management program, we are trained weight-management specialists that can design a broad plan for you and help you carry out your plan. Plans include a low-calorie diet, increased physical activity, and ways to help you change your habits and stick with them.  We  will contact you on a regular basis by phone or online to help support your personalized plan. Devices such as smartphones, pedometers and accelerometers can help you track how well you stick to your plan.
