Add all the ingredients into the blender and mix it.
1 cup Greek yogurt (pain non-fat)
1 cup Fresh spinach
1 Banana (frozen)
¼ Avocado (fresh or frozen)
2 tbsp filter water
1 tsp raw honey
1 scoop vegan protein powder
