Our mission is educating and providing health services to empower our clients to achieve and optimize their health both today and for the future. We achieve this through correcting any imbalances caused by improper nutrition, body, mind, and spirit with a natural approach.
Most of the major problems we are facing today have a common link; our food.
Let's look at some of the most severe crisis facing us and the planet.
1. Our health. Overwhelming to know that our diet has a major link to death, disability, and suffering in the world. Over the years our eating habits have changed beyond recognition. We consume more and more processed and sugary foods which lead to an increase in heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. Statistically, these diseases now kill nearly 50 million people a year! It is 2x more dangerous than infections. This health crisis can be entirely preventable, yet it has already cost us trillions of dollars.
2. Inequality. Children raised on processed and sugary foods suffer from malnutrition. This will affect their cognition and intellectual development and lead them to grow-up underachieving, driven into poverty, homelessness, and crime. Poor quality food makes the whole cycle of inequality 10 times worse.
3. Our community in the developing world. We suffer disruption from big agribusiness and from corporations promoting labels Big Food and encouraging harmful dietary and farming habits.
4. Sustainability. The way we produce our food is endangering the planet. Big agribusiness is the single biggest contributor to climate change. CO2-absorbing habitats destroy healthy soils. It damages our climate more than all of our fossil fuel companies combined. Intensive farming methods also soak the earth in dangerous fertilizers and pesticides, killing a large amount of our wildlife and creating huge "dead zone" in the oceans.
So in order to solve them, we have taken a broad, holistic approach with our programs to help our clients optimize their health and boost their performance.
We provide plans to maximize cognition for higher performance, sports performance, practice positive thinking, achieve a leaner body, muscle building, improve memory, and increase creativity and strategic thinking.
